3. Our Services
Global ICT Technologies provides ICT products and services including, but not limited to: networking and connectivity, managed IT services, cloud and hosting, cybersecurity, VoIP and communications, servers and infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, and web and application development.
The provision of any specific service is subject to a separate service agreement, proposal or statement of work entered into between us and the client. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement; in the event of conflict, the specific service agreement will prevail.
We reserve the right to decline any request for services at our sole discretion.
4. Quotes & Agreements
- All quotes and proposals provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are subject to change based on changes to your requirements, hardware pricing fluctuations, exchange rate movements (for imported equipment), or changes in third-party vendor pricing.
- A quote does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement is formed only upon our written acceptance of your order or signing of a service agreement.
- We may require a deposit before commencing work, as specified in the relevant quote or agreement.
5. Payment Terms
- All amounts are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%), unless otherwise stated.
- Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment may be made by EFT to our nominated bank account as detailed on the invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act, 55 of 1975, as amended.
- We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms, after reasonable notice.
- Hardware and software purchases may require full payment upfront or a non-refundable deposit before procurement.

Client deliverables
For development or creative services, intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client only upon full payment of all amounts due, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement. We retain the right to use deliverables in our portfolio unless you instruct otherwise in writing.
Third-party software and licences
Where we supply, install or configure third-party software (e.g. Microsoft 365, Sophos, Veeam), intellectual property in that software remains with the respective vendor. Licence terms of the relevant vendor apply.
